Therapy at The Legends House

The Counseling Center of The Legends house was founded to meet the therapeutic needs of people struggling to overcome issues such as but not limited to mental health, family, sexual trauma, LGBTQ and racial trauma.  This center was founded by Shayna Yvonne Rudd-Winters, M.S.Ed who believes deeply in the words of Dr. Carter G Woodson, “ If you can control a (wo)mans mind you can control the (wo)man. The mission of the Legends House is to provide a safe-haven for tangible therapeutic practices that help further the cause of The LadyDiva Corporation which is to empower girls and women during developmental and transitional stages of life to be holistically healthy and to foster a vision for a liberated future. Our program stands as a preventative tool against depression, suicide, violence and any other hindrance that robs our girls of the opportunity to live legendary lives as creative leaders in their local and global communities
